Superb quality dove shooting, charming people and excellent hospitality combine to make hunting in Argentina a memorable experience. Due to high demand, we are very pleased to be able to offer a team of 7 guns the chance to experience exactly that in May 2020.
Sierra Verde is located in the province of Cordoba - home to the best dove shooting in the world. The quarry is the eared dove, which flies virtually continuously throughout the day, enabling guns to shoot from dawn until dusk, to their hearts' content.
After flying into Beunos Aires and transferring to Cordoba, you will head straight to the shooting field to experience a traditional Argentinian barbecue before an afternoon shooting. After shooting you will be transferred to the accommodation – Sierra Verde lodge: renowned for its fabulous food and relaxed atmosphere. Take your time to relax before dinner and drinks, in any of the on-site swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage rooms, or mature gardens.
Two full days of dove shooting will follow, with the day generally starting at 8.00am with breakfast and short drive to the pre-scouted flight lines. You will shoot until noon when you will be treated to an incredible barbeque lunch in the field, tasting some of Argentina's wonderful beef and superb wines. The afternoon begins at around 2:00 - 2:30pm and goes on until dusk. After shooting the guns return to Sierra Verde for a shower and then drinks and dinner will be served.
Your final day will see you shoot in the morning, before heading to Cordoba for the first stage of your return Journey to the capital. An overnight stay in Buenos Aires will cap off what will surely be an unforgettable experience, as the following day you will be met and transferred to the international airport for departure home.
