SHOOTING GROUND - OPEN MONDAY - SATURDAY | 9AM - 5PM
We are an award-winning Shooting Ground located just outside Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds – 8 minutes from Junction 11a of the M5 and easily accessible from London, the South West and the West Midlands.
Come and shoot at our award winning shooting ground!
Licence holders are welcome to guide themselves around our challenging layout of 29 Sporting stands each with a minimum of two traps; including a number of smaller towers and a 120ft High Tower for game shots wanting to perfect their technique on driven pheasant or partridge. We also have a DTL layout and Grouse Butt available for pre-booked sessions and tuition. At any one time about 70 traps are in operation.
Easy practice, even if you're on your own.
Our Promatic clay trap release system means that practice at the shooting ground is easy even if you are on your own. Simply place your card on the Promatic automated system on the stand you wish to shoot, select individual practice and the target is released on a delay. When you have finished, return to the lodge, present your card and pay for the clays you have shot.
Certificate Holders
Licence holders are welcome to use the ground unsupervised. You will need to bring your certificate with you and show it at time of arrival.
Non-Certificate Holders
Please note that we do not offer practice facilities for non-certificate holders. Individual lessons, Have-a-Go sessions and caddied rounds are all available by prior booking. These conditions are in place to protect us all and we ask that you respect this policy.
