Ian Coley Sporting is hosting another Young Shots Day on 25th August, suitable for ages 10-16.
Join us for a fun packed day learning to shoot or improving your existing skills. Spend some time on the Air Rifle Range using our modern, pre-charged Air Rifles to see which of a variety of spinning, knock-down and other targets you can hit, before trying your hand at the Sharp Shooter Challenge! Who will knock the targets down in the quickest time? After lunch, learn about shotguns, how to safely handle a shotgun and see what impact different cartridges can make on the Pattern Plate. Then put your learning to use on our award-winning ground, shooting at a variety of different clay pigeon targets with a fun mini-competition at the end. Afterwards, learn the essential art of cleaning your shotgun before relaxing for tea and prizes. Parents are very welcome to join us for tea.
